FULL HYBRID EFFICIENCY

The Kuga Full Hybrid combines a highly efficient 2.5-litre Duratec petrol engine with a battery-powered electric motor. It also uses a Continuously Variable transmission to ensure a smooth, comfortable drive on every journey. And as with the EcoBlue Mild Hybrid, the system, recaptures energy usually lost while decelerating. The larger battery can store more power to further improve fuel economy and even drive short distances on electric power alone.

FLEXIBLE, ADAPTIVE REAR SEATING

The Ford Kuga’s dynamic interior design gives you the ultimate freedom to adapt to every journey. Need more boot-space for a big trip or prefer the luxury of extra leg-room in the back? The flexible rear seating slides forward or backward to suit your needs, increasing the rear storage capacity by 67-Litres when forward – so you’ll have no trouble packing anything you need.

As proof of its outstanding ability to protect you and your passengers, the Kuga has earned a 5-star safety rating from Euro NCAP, the leading independent safety organisation in Europe. And in their new Assisted Driving tests that took place over 2 weeks, Kuga came out ahead of the pack too with a ‘Good’ rating, showing high performance in all areas and a good balance between Driver Engagement and Vehicle Assistance with a robust Safety Backup.
